Jim thinks "This is perfect - I'll charm Sharon's pants right off with this cute little guy." The ferret looks up at him with it strange eyes as he drops it back in the box, leaving the top open. He races over to his girlfriend's house as fast as he can.

Sharon lets him in. "Hi Jiim. What's in the box?"

"Check this out.", he says, and opens the gilded cage. The ferret hops out, then stands there, looking at them, sniffing them. Jim reaches out, and it looks friendly, so he pets the creature, which starts purring again.
